The firm is committed to building environments that are both aesthetically pleasing and strategically designed for purpose.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Interior Architect position located in Mirpur. The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing functional and visually appealing spaces. The role involves preparing design concepts, conducting space planning, overseeing interior architecture projects, and coordinating fit-out processes. The Interior Architect will collaborate with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure design objectives are met efficiently and on time.QualificationsProficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design with a strong understanding of maximizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.Background in Architecture and Interior Architecture, with skills in creating detailed design plans and structural layouts.Experience with Interior Fit-out, including knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques to execute projects.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is an advantage.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Previous experience in a similar role or projects in relevant industries is a plus.ResponsibilityClient CommunicationProject presentation to clientConvincing client2D plan makingProject visit, Client Requirements Listing and briefing to teamHelping architects and learning and sharing ideas with architects and site engineers.Salary: 10k to 20k, depending on experience.
