At Boomdevs, we value design thinking, innovation, and collaboration — empowering our team to create digital experiences that not only look great but also perform beautifully.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 8 years of professional experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of design aesthetics, usability, and user psychology. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and clients to transform ideas into user-focused digital solutions.This role demands hands-on design execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver quality work on time — all while maintaining consistency with Boomdevs’ design standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.Contribute to and maintain Boomdevs’ design system and component library.Ensure that all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with the brand’s identity.Present design concepts, rationale, and improvements to clients and internal teams.Stay current with design trends, UI patterns, and emerging UX best practices.Guide and provide feedback to junior designers to help them grow in their roles.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or related field.At least 8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for software, web, or mobile products.Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process — from research to final visual design.Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but preferred for collaboration).Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.Must be willing to work “Hands-On” Should be comfortable taking ownership and executing tasks personally.Must be experienced in Team Management.Preferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS, eCommerce, or product-based environments.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping animations.Knowledge of usability metrics and data-driven design.What Boomdevs OffersCompetitive salary and project performance bonuses.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities to work with global clients and advanced digital projects.Career growth and professional learning opportunities.Flexible work culture and supportive leadership.How to ApplyIf you’re a passionate designer ready to take your skills to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
