Interior Design Draftsman

Responsibilities:Develop detailed interior drawings using Revit, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details Create functional and efficient space plans based on client requirements, design intent, and regulatory standards Translate design concepts into precise construction documentation for fit-out execution Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibilityDemonstrated Knowledge and experience in Interior space planning Prepare layout revisions as needed Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with local codes and project specificationsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in interior drafting and space planningProficient in Autodesk Revit for interior documentation and layout developmentStrong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and detailingFamiliarity with AutoCAD and other drafting tools is a plusDiploma or degree in Interior Design or related fieldExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projectsKnowledge of local building codes and fit-out standardsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
