We deliver sophisticated spaces through a balance of creativity, precision, and exceptional service.We are seeking a Studio Coordinator / Procurement Specialist who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-focused. This hybrid role bridges procurement oversight, and operational support, ensuring our projects run smoothly from concept through installation.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the rhythm of a design studio, thrives on organization, and takes pride in managing details that keep a creative team running efficiently.Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor CoordinationCreate, issue, and track purchase orders for furnishings, fixtures, and finishes across multiple design projects.Liaise with vendors and showrooms to confirm pricing, specifications, and lead times.Follow up on orders and shipments; communicate status updates to the design and accounting teams.Review invoices for accuracy and ensure correct alignment between vendor quotes, POs, and client billing.Maintain procurement trackers and vendor logs, ensuring all data is current and accurate.Manage logistics with warehouse and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation.Studio Coordination & Project SupportSupport the project coordinator and design team with scheduling, document organization, and communication tracking.Update Asana project boards and shared documents to reflect current project status.Assist with preparing client presentations, submittal packages, and vendor documentation.Maintain studio organization systems, templates, and vendor resource libraries.Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and accounting to ensure workflow alignment and accurate documentation.Qualifications2+ years of hands-on procurement or purchasing experience within interior design, architecture, furniture, or a related design-driven industry.Deep understanding of custom order processes, lead times, finish specifications, and vendor correspondence.Demonstrated ability to track, document, and follow through on multiple high-value orders simultaneously.Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and project-tracking systems such as Asana.Strong working knowledge of vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment coordination.Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and prevent costly errors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in vendor and client correspondence.Comfortable in a fast-paced studio environment managing multiple active projects.Preferred but Not RequiredExperience in residential design studio operations or FF&E purchasing.Exposure to vendor quoting, invoicing, or accounting workflows.Knowledge of freight, receiving, and installation coordination.Compensation & DetailsPay: $22–$27/hour depending on experience.Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday (hybrid flexibility available).Work Location: Mostly on-site with some remote in Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.To ApplyPlease submit:ResumeCover LetterSalary RequirementsApplications missing any of the above will not be considered.
