In this role, you’ll craft spaces that blend visual appeal with practical functionality, elevating the everyday experience of those who live and stay within them. This is a collaborative, hands-on position where you’ll help translate visions into reality, assess materials and design concepts, and contribute as an integral member of our creative team.Duties include:Develop concept designs by both hand and CAD applicationsWorking collaboratively, contribute to projects from inception to completionInterpret and apply regulatory and statutory framework to workSolutions and quality focused – taking responsibility for the drawings, being aware of any problems or mistakesTo make presentations and coordinate well with other consultantsTo work with the 3D Visualisation Team to develop a concept sketch into a developed 3D designPursue innovation in design, possessing creativity and originalityPromotes the practice in a positive way within the industrySkills & Experience:Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or equivalentMinimum 2+ years’ experience in an studio environmentProficiency in CAD softwareKnowledge of construction methodologies (including detailing), building codes and planning ordinances.Advanced drafting and graphic presentation skillsSolid communication, whether written, visual, or verbalAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelySolid organisation, time management and coordinationWhat We Offer:Work in an award-winning studio with a focus on equity and inclusionWork in a friendly, supportive, fun and creative team environmentOpportunities for career progressionExposure to projects across AustraliaProfessional membershipsEmployee Assistance Program to support mental health for you and your familyWellness initiatives and social eventsGenerous parental leave policy
