Job Description

Job Summary: The Intermediate Interior Designer will be responsible for providing design solutions for various projects undertaken by our architecture firm, with a preference for healthcare design experience. They will work closely with our architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop interior design solutions that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the projects. The successful candidate will have a strong interior design background, excellent communication and project management skills, and experience working on healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the projectsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that interior design solutions are coordinated and meet project objectivesPrepare interior design deliverables, including design drawings, material and finish schedules, and other documentation as requiredPresent interior design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams as requiredManage interior design project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that interior design solutions are implemented according to the design intentKeep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processesMentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as requiredQualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural firm or a related industryPreference for experience in healthcare designStrong interior design skills, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates design excellenceExcellent communication and project management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProfessionalism, with a strong work ethic and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other software as requiredUnderstanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materialsInternal Job Code: ID-ID-03Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 / AnnuallyPowered by JazzHR98Axwk9w9H
