JOIN OUR TEAMAs Interior Stylist/ Visual Merchandiser, you will bring our brand to life by executing inspiring interior design and visual merchandising concepts in our new Stores in Cologne and Due sseldorf. This role offers broad exposure to the world of visual merchandising and strong opportunities for professional growth. The position is permanent, full-time and based in Cologne.WHAT YOU'LL DOexecute interior design concepts - like windows, room sets, in-store pop-ups, product presentations, etc. that promote Westwing's brand narrative and an elevated customer experiencedevelop and execute captivating product displays and installations in line with our visual merchandising standards work closely with our HQ Store Design and Visual Merchandising teams to bring visual strategies and promotional campaigns to life that attract visitors and convert them into customers maintain in-store product database and collaborate with our HQ Sales team on inventory management, and provide feedback on in-store product needsadjust interior designs and product displays based on product availability and sales performancecoordinate external service providers, manage costs, and ensure timely project deliverydocument in-store designs and displays with photographs and reports for internal reviewYOU COME WITH3+ years of experience as Interior Stylist or Visual Merchandiser preferably with a focus on furniture and Home & Living retailcomprehensive creative background and passion for premium lifestyle awareness for trends and next level visual merchandisinghands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit, balanced with independent and responsible workstrong communication skills and a commercial mindsetexcellent time- and self-management skillsproficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken)WHY WESTWINGAside from our awesome team and shared purpose we offer a variety of additional benefits.
