This role is responsible for leading agile execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring outcomes are delivered efficiently, transparently, and with continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).Manage kanban boards/workflows to maintain prioritization and delivery flow.Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.Track sprint progress, remove blockers, and escalate risks when needed.Prepare and present status reports and delivery metrics to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in agile adoption and delivery practices.Align priorities and timelines with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.Required Experience:4-6 years in project management, including 2-3 years in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.Experience managing digital technology projects (e-commerce, content platforms, ERP/CRM, cloud apps).Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Nice-to-Have Experience:Exposure to Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager.Familiarity with digital commerce analytics tools.Experience collaborating with design, product, and engineering in consumer-facing industries.Required Skills:Proficiency with Jira/Confluence (or similar agile tools).Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Advanced facilitation of agile ceremonies.Risk/issue management and dependency tracking.Backlog management and release planning.Additional Skills:Kanban workflow design and optimization.Preparing executive-ready metrics and updates.Cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and data.About the Client:Innovative beauty brand parent company behind NIOD, Hylamide, and The Ordinary.
