Position: Intermediate Interior DesignerExperience: 5+ Years in Residential DesignLocation: North Vancouver – In-OfficeCompensation: Commensurate with ExperienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer with a strong background in high-end residential design to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities Lead and support the design and management of residential projects from concept through constructionPrepare design presentations, drawings, and specifications with precision and creativityDevelop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and material specificationsLiaise with clients, contractors, and trades to ensure design intent and project goals are achievedCoordinate with vendors and consultants to source materials and manage procurementContribute to the development of design concepts and overall project visionManage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are metMaintain a high level of communication and professionalism with clients and team membersQualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in residential Interior DesignDiploma or degree in Interior Design or a related fieldStrong understanding of design documentation, construction processes, and detailingProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUpExcellent communication, time management, and multitasking skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when requiredProven experience managing client relationships and overseeing projects through all phasesCompensationSalary will be based on experience and skill level.If you’re a passionate designer looking to grow within a dynamic and design-driven studio, we’d love to hear from you.
