This is what matters most to us.Your MissionYou will manage different talent queries ranging from coordinating on-site and virtual interviews, on-site interview assistance, arranging pre-onboarding travels, Talent events or internal candidate experience projects.You will establish and maintain collaborative, effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support an effective and timely interviewing process.You will use and maintain our ATS (candidate tracking system) Greenhouse and our scheduling system GoodTime to set-up, effectively track the interview process, ensure data integrity at every step, provide trainings and look for opportunities to automate and improve processes.You will handle other queries and work as needed (e.g. support with contract or document creation, support with wider Talent Acquisition topics).Your StoryYou have a background or strong interest in HR, Organisational Psychology, Recruitment Coordination, Candidate Experience, or Customer Success.You are skilled at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving processes efficiently.You strive for excellence in every interaction and enjoy collaborating to solve problems.You are organised and structured in your work, with a solution-oriented, can-do mindset.You are a natural connector who builds strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.You bring a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and improve.You have excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
