Bring your experiences, your perspectives, and your passion; it’s in our differences that we empower the way the world learns.About The RoleAs an Intern in Quality Engineering for Wiley, you will contribute to actual projects in maintaining the quality engineering practices/processes, create test cases, execute functional and regression test scenarios, and work closely with Wiley’s product development teams to identify, recreate, and retest issues. Strong analytical and programming skills will be essential as you will be involved in functional and non-functional test automation activities.How You Will Make An ImpactAssist in creating and maintaining libraries of test plans and test scenarios.Provide support to create and maintain automation regression test scripts and performance test scripts.Assist in manual and automated test execution to ensure developed functionality satisfies requirements and aligns with specifications.Help to track and record the results of test execution.Work closely with the development team to help with recreating and retesting issues found in testing.What We Look For3rd or final year university student or a graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concepts.Knowledge in quality assurance/engineering concepts.Experience in manual testing of web/mobile-based technologies is a plus.Hands-on programming knowledge in Java.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical audiences.Team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.About WileyWiley is a trusted leader in research and learning, our pioneering solutions and services are paving the way for knowledge seekers as they work to solve the world's most important challenges.
