Our goal is to build a strong connection between On and our customers to build long-term relationships.Your mission Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to plan, refine and implement the features to elevate brand awareness Actively contribute with the new ideas and collaborate with the engineering team, Product manager and the UX designers Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code following the team's style guides and best practices Contribute to AI Projects: Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of AI/ML models and agent-based systems Participate actively in code reviews, both by submitting your code for review and by providing constructive feedback on teammates' code Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to help drive team velocityYour story Strong foundational knowledge of computer science fundamentals and software engineering Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills A genuine desire to learn and a strong sense of curiosity Experience in web development: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Vue Understanding of or strong interest in AI agent development Experience with common machine learning frameworks
