Company DescriptionSNA Marianapolis – Bien Hoa is the first fully international school in Bien Hoa city and Dong Nai province and a member of the SNA International School System operated under Nguyen Hoang Education Cooperation. Established in 2021, the campus currently serves over 500 students. The school aims to connect the values of the SNA educational ecosystem, developed over 18 years, with an environment conducive to experiential and creative learning for students in Bien Hoa city.Reports to: Dean of Academic & Student AffairsDuration: 3 months (flexible), part-time or full-timePurpose:Support the Dean’s office with student life programs, documentation, and logistics across discipline, co-curricular, and residential domains.Key Responsibilities:Assist in documenting and following up on student discipline/ Community cases, Student Council, ...Support planning and execution of trips, clubs, and student events.Help coordinate residential life logistics (check-ins, inventories, reports,... if any).Prepare meeting minutes, data entry, and filing of student records.Handle general admin tasks and communications.In charge of any assigned tasks from the Dean's office.Qualifications:University student or recent graduate (Education, Social Science, or related field).Good written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Competent in Google Workspace / MS Office.Prior experience in school or student affairs is a plus.Start date: ASAPBenefits: Lunch, Recommendation from the Dean's Office, and exposure to working in the 1st and only international School in Bien Hoa.
