ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose: Java Engineer working within EIT Dev Technology Internal Hub department. Primary duties will include (not limited to): Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle working within Agile methodology Write well designed, testable and efficient code Ensure designs follow specifications Collaborate and take instruction from peer engineers to complete tasks Document all components/methodologies as required QualificationsRequired technical skills/experience: Java, Spring Boot PostgreSQL (or similar relational DB), SQL Git Unit Testing Nice-to-have skills/experience: Microservices, Rest APIs, ORM, Mocking Messaging platforms (Kafka, RedPanda) DevOps, CI/CD Agile methodology StoneX Essential Qualifications Ability to work positively in a team environment Ability to handle constructive feedback and learn/adapt Sound verbal/written communication abilities Effective interpersonal skills Sense of urgency Honesty, curiosity, and tenacity Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail Early Careers Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university) Available for a July 2026 start date for a 13-week program Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) Must be authorized to work in Poland for any employer Working environment Hybrid with minimum of 4 days in the office
