The company has been awarded a main contract in KL ECO City to design and build a 43-story Serviced Residences and Hotel by S P Setia. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks related to various construction projects, including property development and design value engineering. Responsibilities will also include supporting main contractor management services, conducting research, helping with project coordination, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Qualifications Research skills and ability to gather relevant data for construction projectsProject coordination and management skillsUnderstanding of design value engineering principlesBasic knowledge of construction quality and safety standardsProficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamEnrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture)
