You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, assisting in projects that shape our brand voice and engage our audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial MediaContribute to the development of creative assets such as visuals, videos, and copywriting, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. Assist to follow-up, provide feedback and schedule content for the company’s social media channels and other digital platforms. Assist in monitoring social media channels for trends and reporting on performance. Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment on contents. Help maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across channels. Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM/Corporate Website Maintenance)Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure website content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging. Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO), including keyword research, metadata updates, and on-page enhancements. Support the execution and monitoring of paid search campaigns (SEM). Help analyze website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, compile reports and insights to guide strategy. Contribute to the development of website pages for new products and campaigns, ensuring alignment with digital goals and SEO best practices. Stay updated on digital trends and search engine algorithm changes to support continuous improvement efforts. Learning OpportunitiesExposure to cross-functional collaboration with different divisions, and external agencies. Training and mentorship in digital marketing, and project management. Opportunity to contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions. RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Xiaohongshu). Basic skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization. Basic understanding with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta. Basic experience with website content management systems (e.g., OpenCMS, Adobe Experience Manager) or willing to learn. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes for website updates and audits. Curious about digital trends, user experience (UX), and how content impacts search visibility.
