Now in our 3rd year of operations, our offerings include physical products as well as events and services. We are transitioning from a lean setup to a structure with full-time resources, so many processes and systems are being developed. As a growing brand, we’ve worked with parents, schools, creators, and corporate partners to bring purposeful content to life. Our recent wins include the Parents’ Choice Award 2025 and launching The Nurts Day, a large-scale family event to promote meaningful bonding and play.We are now expanding our team as we build our next phase of growth—amplifying our brand presence, strengthening our community, and reaching more families across Malaysia and beyond.👤Who We Are Looking ForYou’re a creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and structure. You enjoy taking ownership—whether that’s building out a campaign from scratch, refining copy for a launch, or testing what works best on social media. You’re detail-oriented but not rigid, and love working in environments where things move fast (but with purpose).You care about brand consistency, growing a community with heart, and helping good ideas get the attention they deserve—whether it’s a new product we’ve created or a partner activation we’re launching.We’re especially excited if you:Love both content, events, and campaign executionWrite with clarity and warmthHave some experience with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, Shopee, and Flodesk/KlaviyoAre confident managing deadlines, sharing feedback, and learning new toolsAre excited to grow with a team that values thoughtfulness, play, and progressRole & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Marketing calendars leading the planning and execution of digital campaigns (brand, product, partnerships, and events.)Assist in campaign rollout and creative asset coordination for both internal and partner campaigns including offline marketing initiatives including events, retail marketing, pop-ups, and experiential activations.Ensure all content aligns with The Nurts’ tone, messaging, and growth goalsDevelop engaging visual and written content tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and newsletters.Monitor DMs, comments, and chat responses; support community-led initiativesManage product listings and updates on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.Liaise with retail partners for promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and seasonal marketing when appropriateTrack product content performance and suggest improvements based on platform insightsPrepare monthly reports highlighting wins, learnings, and content performanceTrack budget and asset usage, and propose optimisationsCollaborate with content creators, designers, and media partners when applicableMonitor weekly content, track, analyse, and report across different functions including campaign performance, influencer marketing, marketplace, community, and social media engagement.Prepare weekly performance summaries and suggest optimisations.Assist in budget tracking and internal coordination.
