Located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position is essential in ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly and our team can focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.Key responsibilitiesTo coordinate all matters and provide administrative support to Sales departmentTo prepare invoices and delivery orders according purchase order and consignment stocks usage, packing of stocks in any urgency needs.To ensure proper recording and filing of documents in a systematic manner.Provide secretarial services for office staff such as procurement, coordinating mails and dispatch/courier serviceLiaise with customers for orders, payment and collection related mattersImplement any ad-hoc instructions as required by superiorWhat we're looking forAt least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industrySound knowledge of SQL accounting software: 1 year (required)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clientsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyProficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookA team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt to new challengesWhat we offerAt Lap Tech Medical Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
