The company is actively expanding its footprint in Malaysia through strategic joint ventures and long-term partnerships.About The JobA business development assistant/ manager:Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to source and negotiate joint venture (JV) opportunities, primarily in condominium, serviced apartment, and landed housing developments.Conduct feasibility analyses and build financial models to assess investment potential.Perform in-depth market research on the residential sector, including trends in supply and demand, pricing movements, transaction activities, competitor benchmarking, and macroeconomic indicators.Support deal execution, including involvement in negotiations, structuring, land and JV due diligence, documentation, and financing processes.Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to monitor business plans, P&L projections, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with target returns.Skills And RequirementsBachelor degree in real estate/ business/ or equivalent qualification5 years of relevant experience in real estate, ideally with a property developer, investment firm, or financial institution.Strong skills in feasibility studies and market research.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to thrive in multicultural and cross-functional environments.A proactive learner who is open to expanding responsibilities beyond current expertise.how to applyThe information provided above serves as a general outline of the position.For more detailed information, we encourage you to apply now through this advertisement.only shortlisted candidate will be contacted
