Harrison Asset Management is a single-family office taking care of the investment, corporate and philanthropic requirements of an Asian family that is based in Singapore.We are looking for a motivated and reliable Intern, Executive Support Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Executive Office. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how an executive team operates behind the scenes, while developing strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.You will work closely with the Principal and Personal Assistant to ensure smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, and office needs — from administrative tasks to ad-hoc errands. This role reports to the Personal Assistant of our Principal.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and coordination support to the Principal’s entities, and work closely with the Principal’s Personal AssistantCoordinate meetings, including logistics, refreshments, and preparation of materialsAssist with filing, scheduling, record-keeping tasks, claims submissions and logistics arrangementsAttend ad-hoc errands and tasks on behalf of the Principal’s entities or householdLiaise professionally with internal personnel and external contactsMaintain confidentiality and discretion when handling information related to the PrincipalPerform any other duties as assignedJob RequirementsRelevant educational background (e.g. Business Administration) or equivalent practical experiencePossess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptable to changing needsReliable, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with discretionA strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to commit a minimum period of 6 months (your employment may be renewed subject to a review of your performance)By submitting your application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Harrison Asset Management or the purposes of processing and assessing the job application, and for other employment-related purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).You declare that the information provided in your application is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
