Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDuring the internship, you will have the opportunity to work on a challenging transformation-related project.You will get hands-on experience in data collection, data analysis & interpretation, and you will be part of a high-skilled team to implement our Data governance framework on top of DatabricksThrough this role, you will have the main following responsabilities:KEY: Support data-related projects by identifying user needs, collecting data, perform data analysis & interpretation.Engaging cross-functional stakeholders (regional and country) to collect and analyze data retention rules.Implement a handbook for Data retention policies.Participate in the Framework implementation on Databricks.What You BringCurrently enrolled in a Master's program or other equivalent university program.Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional matrix organization, ideally in consulting, financial industry and/ or transformation projects.English is our working language; German, French or Spanish are a plus.Able to commit to a 5 - 6 months full-time internship.Data management and analytic skills.Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills.Coherent and clear written and verbal skills.Organization and time management skills.Keen to contribute & not shy to share their thoughts with the team.Coding (Python, SQL).What We OfferOur employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
