Let’s make it happen!What you will do:As a Marketing Intern, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution and strategy of our local marketing efforts, including:Creative Asset Management:Partner with internal designers, external agencies, and the core marketing team to create and localize assets and creatives specific to the country's market.Serve as the central point for creative and design requests, aligning needs from every marketing channel (digital, organic, paid) to effectively create and submit design requisitions.Organic Channel Ownership: Manage the organic marketing channels from end-to-end: ideation, asset creation, execution, and performance analysis.Stay ahead of current trends and utilize your capability to craft engaging, entertaining content that will drive customer action and generate sales.Performance & Reporting:Conduct analysis and reporting of key marketing metrics, ensuring insights and recommendations are closely aligned with the overall country strategy.Global & Influencer Alignment:Liaise with global marketing teams to ensure our local influencer marketing execution is tightly aligned with our broader product marketing goals and global standards.What do we need:Go-getters of any background with strong achievements who wants to run influencer marketing campaigns, hands on, for the first time Has a good balance between creativity in terms of being able to generate new marketing ideas, as well as analytical skills and business judgement Is proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel Has a strong sense of ownership, independence, and initiative, while being able to collaborate with several other teams Is very communicative, open, and enjoys working in a team that is pushing towards ambitious goalsWhat we offer:Salary of $18,000 (MXN)Food vouchersHybrid home office policy (60-40)Pet-friendly officeA combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goalsThe chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international teamResponsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNABecome an EmmieEmma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
