The candidate will report to Agility & Resilience Stream, which aims to reduce lead time, bring flexibility & increase resilience of cross-functional strategic E2E processes.Who We’re Looking ForGood problem-solving and project management skillsPrior knowledge/ experience in operations/ supply chain/ procurement/ strategy is a plusKnowledge of data analysis and research techniquesAbility to independently lead sub-streams of a project and manage/ work with diverse stakeholdersAbility to develop detailed proposals and plansExcellent organizational and coordination skillsAnalytical and creativeRoles & ObjectivesWorking with cross-functional stakeholders to identify the scope and outcomes for a projectConducting research, surveys and interviews and analyzing data, and statistics to gain insights into the businessDetecting bottlenecks and investigating ways to resolve themAssessing the pros and cons of possible strategiesExploring business problems and modelling different solutionsDevelop the roadmap, and support in implementing agreed solutionsPortfolio/ project management to deliver the vision and Agility & Resilience targets for OperationsWhat We OfferOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
