Job Description

Along with our destination strategy to own, develop and operate places & projects in creative hubs, we are currently in different stages of developing several projects, mainly in Europe. To support our team in charge of the developments in Germany, including a creative campus in Berlin, a countryside retreat in the Uckermark region and a health-centered destination project at lake Tegernsee, we are looking for an Intern Project Management to support with the management of critical paths, overall timelines, and third-party requirements. You will work closely with the Projects Managers and get insights into the creative guidance of the projects in collaboration with the respective architects and designers, the operational set up, and pre-opening activities.TasksAssist with project coordination (main focus on our developments in Germany)Support with the creation of documents, presentations, translations, guidelines, etc.Keep project information up to date, monitor timeline & deliverablesSupport in providing updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progressHandle travel and lodging arrangements for project partnersConduct research on various topics within the hospitality industrySpecial projects & event organizationAssist with office administrational tasksAssist with ongoing communication & tasks between operations and project management teamRequirementsYou should have a genuine interest in trends within the hospitality world and be able to identify with the principles and ethos of the Slowness vision, ideally looking to convert into a long-term employment. You should be energetic and detail-oriented, with a passion for culture, design, hospitality and travel. We value personal initiative, engagement, solution-oriented, and creative thinking. You should contribute to a working environment that is respectful, considerate, team-oriented and support open dialogue.
