This includes testing and documenting emerging AI technologies, identifying workflow improvement opportunities, and developing use cases and guidelines to support safe and effective AI adoption within the department.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Exploration & Workflow TestingResearch and evaluate emerging Generative AI tools (text, image, video, audio) relevant to communications.Conduct hands-on testing of shortlisted tools for productivity, quality, and reliability.Develop optimized prompts for various functions (content writing, design, video editing, social engagement).Document technical findings, including performance metrics, limitations, and cost/benefit analyses.Identify potential workflow automation opportunities and demonstrate prototypes.Communications Application & DocumentationMap communications use cases for Generative AI aligned to department needs.Test prompt frameworks for campaign ideation, message framing, and stakeholder communications.Assess ethical, copyright, and brand considerations for AI-generated content.Compile case studies, playbooks, and recommendations for safe and effective AI adoption.Prepare presentations and reports for internal sharing and management decision-making.Candidate Profile Strong interest in Generative AI, digital tools, and innovation in communications workflows.Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to document findings clearly and translate technical insights into practical applications.Good understanding of content creation processes (writing, design, or video) and emerging media trends.Comfortable with experimentation, testing tools, and synthesizing learnings into actionable recommendations.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
