That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.Purpose of RoleThe Talent Development (TD) & Data Analytics Rookie will focus on the operational and analytic areas across South Asia Pacific (SAPAC). Your key responsibilities will involve the seamless implementation of our training initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to manage operational duties and provide support for data analysis pertaining to learning results.We will prioritize candidates who can commit to a full-time 6-month internship.Your ImpactData Analysis: To be able to use excel and analytics tools (Power BI) to collect and analyze data from training programs, related to training effectiveness and learner’s performance and to create dashboard for reporting.Operational Support: Assist in the logistical and administrative aspect of training sessions which includes scheduling, learner’s registration, and resource coordination.Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries of training activities and learning outcomes for use by the TD team and managementCommunication: Communicate with TD team and participants to ensure seamless training experienceDocumentation: Assist in creating and organizing training materials, documentation and resources if neededQuality Assurance: Help ensure the quality and consistency of training programs through attention to detail and adherence to established processesQualificationsStrong interest or eagerness to learn about the administrative aspects of TD and data analysis.Strong Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques and tools (PythonPower BI/Articulate is a bonus)Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skillsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independently and also has a team player mindset.RelocationNo relocation providedOur Commitment to Equal OpportunityAt Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, family or paternal status and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
