What You will DoAs part of our Advisory team, you will work alongside project teams to support high-impact consulting mandates. You will:Conduct market assessments and industry research across sectors such as natural capital, the future of food, and the green energy transitionSupport in developing ESG and impact strategies and crafting compelling presentations and storylines that drive decisionsContribute to financial analyses and valuation models underpinning innovative transactions and investmentsCollaborate with multi-country teams on projects that sit at the heart of sustainability and private sector developmentThis is not your typical internship. You will be embedded in real mandates, shaping insights that inform investment and advisory decisions globally.What we are looking for: You have recently completed a degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields (Masters degrees preferred)You are fluent in English (proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus)You have strong analytical and communication skills and are comfortable working in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelYou are proactive, organised and able to manage multiple task and deadlinesYou thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and care deeply about impactYou work well in a team that values curiosity, courage, and collaborationYou believe in working across borders and disciplines to build systems that lastWhy ThirdWay Partners?We are not looking for interns to simply observe we want builders, thinkers, and doers who are ready to stretch themselves.
