The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments to ensure product delivery, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.Manage the sales process end-to-end: follow up on leads, prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to develop and implement sales strategies for your region.Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.Handle contract negotiations and renewals in line with company policies and guidelines.Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and support strategic decisions.Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards in customer interactions.Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.Work proactively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the assigned region.You should haveA Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but equivalent experience is also considered).Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the logistics, packaging, or industrial equipment/components sector.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or Polish is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work proactively, stay well-organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively.A customer-first attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.A team player with a commercial mindset and experience in international environments.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
