Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and SuccessFactors Payroll, capable of leading remote workshops with multiple countries and ensuring alignment to the global HR template. The role requires strong functional knowledge, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to support both HR Core and Payroll streams throughout the full lifecycle of design, testing, and integration.A typical day might include the following:1. Design & Workshops (Core HR + Payroll)Lead and facilitate requirements verification sessions and Fit-to-Standard workshops with country teams.Ensure business and technical alignment with the global HR and Payroll template.Document user stories and functional requirements for both Employee Central and SuccessFactors Payroll.Provide input to Organization & People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams regarding:system procedureswork instructionstraining materials for HR and Payroll processes.2. Testing & TriagePerform in-sprint testing for EC and Payroll functionalities.Support functional triaging during all testing phases, including SIT and UAT.Collaborate with technical and global teams to ensure timely defect resolution across both HR and Payroll workstreams.3. Integrations (HR Data & Payroll Data)Contribute to functional integration mapping between SuccessFactors and downstream systems, such as GlobalView and other HR/Payroll systems.Ensure accurate data flow for employee master data, organizational data, and payroll-relevant information.Support discussions around integration logic, validation rules, and testing scenarios for both Core HR and Payroll.4. Cross-Stream CollaborationWork closely with country stakeholders, global process owners, and technical teams to maintain end-to-end alignment.Ensure consistency across Core HR and Payroll processes within the global design framework.Support change management activities related to new HR and Payroll functionalities.What you need to have:Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).Practical experience with SuccessFactors Payroll (Global View, EC Payroll, or hybrid integrations).Ability to write clear, comprehensive user stories and functional specifications.Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and remote design sessions.Solid understanding of testing methodologies and triage processes.Experience with integration flows involving employee and payroll data.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to have:Experience in multi-country SuccessFactors implementations.Familiarity with global HR transformation programs.Knowledge of SAP HCM or other payroll engines.Exposure to large-scale testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression testing).
