We are looking for our client, a company with over 20 years of experience, specialized in providing and maintaining CNC cutting equipment (plasma and laser), a Sales Expert - CNC Machining.As a partner of top global brands, it offers high-end solutions compared to Asian competitors and is committed to keeping its promises to clients. Its portfolio includes collaborations with companies in civil construction and large-scale infrastructure, supported by a dedicated maintenance and technical support team.ObjectivesFull-cycle sales leadership for CNC machining solutions across domestic and international markets.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the sales strategy for the company's CNC machining products and services.Identify and win new customers on both domestic and international markets.Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.Monitor market trends and competitors, spotting new opportunities.Work closely with Production, Engineering and Logistics to ensure on-time, spec-compliant delivery.Set sales targets and report performance regularly to senior management.Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and business meetings.Lead and develop the sales team (where applicable).Prepare price calculations and cost estimates.QualificationsExperience: around 5 years in selling CNC machining services (mills, lathes, machining centres, etc.).Education: University degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (TCM) or similar.Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of CNC processes, tolerances, materials and technical specs.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities; strong customer and results orientation.Mobility: Willingness to travel for business.Languages: Advanced English or German (additional languages are an advantage).Driving license: Category B.What our client is offeringCompany car.Phone.Laptop.Meal vouchers.Access to highly skilled experts to bring you the latest in learning and development with training in leadership, technical and personal development.A flexible working environment.A competitive remuneration and attractive benefits.Opportunity to work with Top Clients on important projects.Continuous learning and improvement activities.Dynamic, international working environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerRSight® is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
