Job Description

We are looking for our client, a company with over 20 years of experience, specialized in providing and maintaining CNC cutting equipment (plasma and laser), a CNC Equipment Maintenance Specialist. As a partner of top global brands, it offers high-end solutions compared to Asian competitors and is committed to keeping its promises to clients. Its portfolio includes collaborations with companies in civil construction and large-scale infrastructure, supported by a dedicated maintenance and technical support team.ObjectivesThe role involves maintaining and repairing CNC equipment used across various industries, with interventions both at client sites and within the company. The specialist will travel regularly to service and troubleshoot machines, with access to state-of-the-art technology and advanced training programs.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in CNC equipment.Install, calibrate, and align machine components to optimize performance.Troubleshoot electrical systems (motors, drivers, solenoid valves, power supplies, wiring).Operate and configure CNC software.Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensure effective communication, and train machine operators.Be available for domestic and international travel for training and on-site interventions.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in CNC equipment maintenance or other industrial machinery.Strong knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and electrical systems (diagnostics, repairs, calibration).Experience working with PLCs, servo drives, and encoders (a plus).Category B driving license - mandatory.PC operation and diagnostic software skills.Experience with CNC software (a plus).Knowledge of G-code programming (a plus).English - intermediate to advanced level (for documentation and communication with partners).What our client is offeringIf you enjoy diversity and the dynamic nature of a role where every day brings new challenges, you'll have the opportunity to travel frequently, interact with industry clients, and work directly with state-of-the-art CNC equipment both domestically and internationally.Specialized training in three stages - internal and at the manufacturer's facilities, with access to their platforms and resources.Company car (can also be used for personal purposes).Flexible schedule, depending on the nature of interventions.Private health insurance.Per diem for business travel.Equal Opportunity EmployerRSight® is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
