Internal Audit Manager – Zamil IndustrialZamil Industrial is seeking a dynamic Internal Audit Manager to lead and manage internal audit engagements across the organization. This critical role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits, while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and internal control practices. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop risk-based audit plans and supervise audit execution.Review audit reports and ensure clear communication of findings.Oversee follow-up on audit recommendations.Lead, coach, and evaluate the audit team.Support strategic initiatives and special investigations. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.CIA, CPA, CRMA (at least one required).7–12 years of experience in auditing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Experience in a listed company or Big Four is highly preferred.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). SkillsStrong leadership and team management capabilities.Proficient in risk assessment and control evaluation.Highly organized and detail-oriented.فرصة وظيفية: مدير تدقيق داخلي – الزامل للصناعةتبحث الزامل للصناعة عن مدير تدقيق داخلي متمكن لقيادة وتنفيذ مهام التدقيق الداخلي على مستوى الشركة. يشمل الدور التخطيط والتنفيذ ورفع التقارير للتدقيقات التشغيلية والمالية والامتثال، مع دعم الحوكمة الفعالة وإدارة المخاطر وأنظمة الرقابة الداخلية. المسؤوليات الرئيسيةإعداد خطط تدقيق مبنية على المخاطر والإشراف على تنفيذها.مراجعة التقارير وضمان وضوح النتائج والتوصيات.متابعة تنفيذ الملاحظات والتوصيات التدقيقية.قيادة وتوجيه وتقييم فريق التدقيق.دعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية والتحقيقات الخاصة. المتطلباتدرجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال.شهادة مهنية معتمدة مثل CIA أو CPA أو CRMA (مطلوب واحدة على الأقل).خبرة 7 إلى 12 سنة في مجال التدقيق، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور إشرافي.الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في شركات مدرجة أو إحدى شركات الـ Big Four.إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (ويُفضل أيضًا إجادة اللغة العربية). المهاراتمهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الفريق.إتقان منهجيات تقييم المخاطر والضوابط.قدرة تنظيمية عالية ومهارة في إدارة الأولويات.
