The Internal Audit Supervisor will oversee and execute audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards. The responsibilities include assessing organizational risks, overseeing audit engagements, evaluating operational and financial systems, providing recommendations for process improvement, and preparing audit reports for key stakeholders.QualificationsStrong knowledge of audit procedures, risk assessment, compliance evaluation, and internal control frameworks.Experience in analyzing financial statements, operational processes, and business risks.Leadership abilities to supervise audit teams and manage workflow effectively.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and engaging with stakeholders.Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.Relevant qualifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
