NOMIN contributes significantly to Mongolia’s economy, with annual sales equating to 1.73% of GDP and 0.5% of the total tax revenue.Role DescriptionDevelop and execute the overall strategy for the Card Center aligned with Nomin Holding’s goals.Ensure regulatory compliance with all local and international standards related to card operations.Lead the implementation of new card products, features, and technologies.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), risk factors, and service quality.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams.Manage the department budget, human resources, and vendor contracts.Drive process improvement and operational efficiency within the center.Train, mentor, and develop Card Center staff to enhance team performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fieldExperience with Regulatory Compliance and Strategy DevelopmentStrong Analytical Skills and Performance Metrics AnalysisExcellent Leadership and Staff Management AbilitiesEffective Communication and Customer Service Skills
