职位来源于实习僧。岗位描述/Department Mission: The objective of this position is responsible for planning and operation of culture & communication related topics, incl. cultural programs and HR communications. We aim to develop talents, motivate employees through cultural activities and communication, aiming to buildup engineering culture and learning organization for CARIAD China. 主要职责/Your Responsibilities: Support and organize CARIAD China internal activities from preparation to implementation, incl. communication sessions, cultural activities, employee events, workshops and other campaigns within Culture & Communication business scope. Support on content production (newsletter, speeches, posters, notice, etc.) & channel management (CARIAD China intranet, public mail, WeChat, other social channels etc.). Conduct pre-research and maintain data & process of Culture & Communication related programs (e.g. employee cultural activities of tech companies).
