Job Description

The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for delivering multichannel and multimedia communications initiatives for the International HQ and supporting high-impact internal communications across international regions (Europe and Intercontinental). This role works closely with the Corporate Communications Lead to implement internal communications plans that drive employee engagement and support business objectives.As Site Communications Specialist for the International HQ, the role collaborates with site leadership and HR to amplify engagement activities through impactful communications.Responsibilities include content development, channel management, and event delivery involving leadership teams and external stakeholders. The aim is to drive effective communications across regions, planning and developing content to connect teams globally and highlight strategic achievements.Principal AccountabilitiesSite Communications (HQ):Develop and implement internal communications programs for the HQ site.Collaborate with site leadership to deliver impactful communications and prepare leaders for engagement events.Craft and disseminate timely communications to keep employees informed and aligned.Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events supporting strategy and engagement.Partner with HR to amplify culture, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.Create written and multimedia content; manage the site intranet.Establish measurable goals to track communications effectiveness.Internal Communications (International Regions):Support a community of practice to enhance communications across regions.Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent, impactful communications.Create compelling content (emails, articles, videos, presentations) tailored to strategy and priorities.Manage intranet sites for Europe and Intercontinental regions.Leverage communication channels (intranet, social platforms, email, webcasts) to maximize engagement.Support planning and execution of internal events (town halls, webcasts, meetings).Collaborate with stakeholders to develop adaptable materials for local markets.Act as a point of contact for affiliates, ensuring alignment across regions.Track and measure communications impact to refine strategies.Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required.Experience: 3–5 years in corporate affairs or related disciplines.Skills:Outstanding English-language verbal and written communication; excellence in copywriting.Beneficial: Multimedia skills (video editing, design).Strong interpersonal, organizational, and logistics skills.Event planning and coordination expertise.Ability to work in geographically and culturally diverse environments.Creative, innovative, agile, and flexible; thrives under pressure in fast-paced settings.Collaboration:Works with site core team (site lead, events manager, HR lead) to deliver communications plans and materials. Partners with subject matter experts for event planning and content development.Collaborates with affiliate and global corporate affairs colleagues to align content with strategy and employee engagement.
