Job DescriptionWork closely with senior management to develop and execute internal communications strategies that enhance corporate reputation and motivate employees to become brand ambassadorsLead and manage high-impact projects across various communication channels, ensuring timely execution by coordinating with relevant divisionsIdentify and develop strategic initiatives to strengthen corporate brand positioning, maintain market leadership, and enhance corporate sustainability through effective messaging internallyDeliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on project management, and a pragmatic approach to stakeholder collaboration and content developmentProject management to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timelineEnsure all messages are consistent and reflect the company branding and valuesWrite effective creative communications brief & meeting notes to ensure all related parties are aligned on the project objective, status & updatesCollectively contribute creative ideas with research and target market conditionsCultivate strong personal relationships and partnerships across external and internal stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor degree from any majorsGood team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learnHave a high sense of ownership and responsibilityResult-driven attitude with good critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented personExperience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentialityHigh proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
