This role supports the creation and delivery of engaging internal communications, ensuring information is clear, timely, and beautifully presented. Working closely with the wider Communications team, the Coordinator helps maintain our digital platforms, streamline global processes, and bring employee events and initiatives to life — all while championing clarity, consistency, and creativity in every message.IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANELSupport the housekeeping of our intranet content, helping to manage content, and refresh outdated pagesEnable and continuously improve the translation process and mechanics of our global sends of company-wide messagingMaintain and create key communications resources, including process guides, style guide, and other toolsCoordinate our internal comms community, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on key actionsSupport the planning and delivery of events, helping bring internal initiatives to life on the groundAssist with project management for major internal campaigns and events, such as our company-wide town hall – from vendor coordination and venue visits to supporting budgets and timelinesWhat You Will Bring/HaveConsistently driven by a commitment to excellence, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvementAnticipatory and highly self-motivated, while thriving in collaborative environments and contributing meaningfully to team and community goalsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailConfidence using content management systems and intranet platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Teams, and ideally Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with project management tools and principlesAbility to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in internal communications, including content creation, intranet management, or event supportYOU ARE ENERGISED BYBuilding relationships with local communications teams and stakeholdersFinding ways to streamline processes in a collaborative, decentralised, and creative organisationSupporting creative, high-impact internal events and initiativesBeing part of a close-knit, supportive team that values openness and teamworkAt Chanel, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress.
