KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou will:Content CreationDraft, edit, and publish engaging internal content including announcements, weekly internal newsletters, leadership messages, and campaign materials.Support initiatives that amplify employee stories, feedback, and contributions across the organisation.Help maintain a global editorial calendar to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of key messages.Measurement & InsightsTrack engagement metrics and employee feedback to measure the impact of communications.Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve our communication approach.Management of Internal Comms ChannelsOversee the day-to-day management of internal communication channels including Poppulo (email and Teams feed) and SharePoint, ensuring they are up to date.Coordinate and schedule content across channels, maintaining consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.Colleague Event Calendar ManagementLiaise with a network of Executive Assistants to understand colleague meetings planned monthly, quarterly, and annually.Ensure coordination, provide standard materials, and help plan Executive attendance.Campaign SupportAssist in planning and delivering internal campaigns aligned with business initiatives, cultural moments, and employee engagement goals.Event CommunicationsSupport communications for internal events such as town halls, leadership briefings, and employee recognition programmes.Content & Asset ManagementManage and maintain a central repository of corporate content and assets—including strategy presentations, executive biographies, imagery, and branded templates.Ensure materials are up to date, consistently branded, easily accessible, and aligned with communication standards.Inbox & Request ManagementOversee the internal communications request inbox, ensuring timely triage, response, and coordination of incoming queries and content requests.Maintain service standards and track common themes to inform continuous improvement.Innovation & ImprovementStay up to date with trends and technologies in internal communications.Recommend enhancements to tools, channels, and processes to drive engagement and efficiency.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS3 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related communications role.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-manage a busy workload with multiple tasks and deadlines, knowing when to escalate for support.Experience using digital communication tools and platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email platforms).A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.Previous experience in an internal communications or employee engagement role.Work Schedule: Dayshift/MidshiftWork Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH, 2 Days Onsite
