Internal Communications Manager / Internal Communications Specialist / Storytelling / Corporate Communications / Internal Communications Strategy / Newsletters / Intranet Articles / Campaigns / PR / Public Relations / Based in Birmingham / Solihull / Permanent role £45,000 – 50,000.One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager.Location – Solihull / Birmingham, West Midlands – will be in the office 2 days per weekSalary – £45,000 – 50,000You will be responsible for:Creating and delivering an internal communications strategy, identifying the right tools and channels Writing, editing, and distributing global communications including newsletters, intranet articles, leadership updates, and event announcements Developing communication campaigns Planning and executing initiatives that boost employee engagement and morale, such as recognition programmes, surveys, and interactive events Partnering with leadership, HR, and department heads to ensure consistent messaging that supports organisational goals Maintaining and updating the intranet (SharePoint)Use a variety of digital channels and tools to deliver targeted and engaging messages Experience:3+ years of experience in internal communications, PR, or a related field Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex messages Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital communication platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, MS Dynamics, and internal communications platforms including email marketing tools Excellent organisational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail Desirable:Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment / IT Company / IT Software / Tech Company or similar – although this is not essential
