Job Description

Purpose: Support the development and delivery of internal communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement, alignment, and awareness across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing the internal communications strategy.Create and manage engaging content for emails, newsletters, and intranet.Maintain communication platforms ensuring content is current and relevant.Support employee engagement events and feedback initiatives.Prepare executive communication materials such as speeches and announcements.Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to align messaging.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.Experience: 3–5 years in communications or PR with a focus on internal communications.Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills; commercial and cultural awareness.Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.Other: Proven ability to deliver high-quality content on time.
