You will be responsible for recruiting the teams that maintain our reputation for excellence and market-leading OFSTED ratings.This role offers significant opportunity to develop your skills, drive the fundamental growth of the business, and champion the candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will take responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing heavily on direct sourcing and candidate care.Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertising through to offer and on-boarding.Direct Sourcing: Directly source and headhunt talent using a range of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.Pipeline Development: Build and nurture talent pipelines in line with our growth demands to ensure roles are filled proactively.Candidate Experience: Champion the WG candidate experience, ensuring it reflects our positive culture.Stakeholder Support: Ensure recruiting managers are appropriately supported and remain compliant with relevant procedures and Safer Recruitment legislation (vital for safeguarding).Community Engagement: Engage with the Alumni talent community and encourage employee referrals.Employer Brand: Promote our employer brand and social media presence.Your Skills and ExperiencesWe are looking for a people person who is empathetic, tenacious, and passionate about special education and care.Experience: At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter (in-house, agency, or similar).Sourcing: Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques (although full training is provided).Passion: A genuine passion for the education and care of children and young people with SEN.Communication: Strong relationship building, networking skills, and the ability to relate to a range of different audiences.Technical Comfort: Comfortable with data and talent systems such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems.Qualities: Tenacity and drive to meet or exceed targets, empathy, and the ability to translate the Group's mission.Benefits & Witherslack Group CultureYou will be rewarded with one of the best salary and benefits packages in the care sector, acknowledging the commitment you bring to the role.Generous Leave: 7 weeks’ holiday including bank holidays.Wellbeing: A host of wellbeing tools, advice, employee assistance, and medical cover (e.g., optician/dentist claims).Flexibility: Flexible benefits package allowing you to increase/decrease your holiday allowance, pension, and life insurance.Development: Ongoing professional development and training.Safeguarding: This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by WG).🌟 Apply now via Haystack
