Role Description This is a full-time, office based role for an Internal Recruiter located in Birmingham. The Internal Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to join our dynamic degree lecturing, teaching, adminstrative, student support and other core functional teams. Responsibilities include crafting job descriptions, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and developing strategies to attract top talent. The role also involves building relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Qualifications Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment strategiesProficiency in crafting job descriptions and managing job postingsAbility to coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers effectivelyStrong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems, or related softwareExperience with employer branding and building recruitment pipelines is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldKeen attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
