While each solution has its own distinct purpose, they all share the world-class quality and commitment that have come to distinguish Glacier.What will you do?Job PurposeThe Business Consultant will be responsible for giving support to the Regional Manager offering excellent client service support and to maintain and grow relationships.Key OutcomesThe following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the International Business Consultant:Office Administration (co-ordinating of Managers’ diary, preparing documentation, as well as overall smooth flow of day-to-day tasks).Client & Advisor EnablementFacilitate onboarding and servicing of international clients and financial advisors.Provide technical guidance on offshore investment structures and platforms.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support and issue resolution.Operational DeliveryOversee account setup, funding, and transaction processing with accuracy and efficiency.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.Analyse the Pending Premium report daily to allocate premiums timeouslyStakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, financial advisors, and external partners.Act as a liaison in resolving disputes and clarifying account-related matters.Represent Glacier International in strategic discussions and client and intermediary escalations.Business Support & GrowthContribute to the development and refinement of offshore investment offerings.Support advisor training and enablement initiatives.Provide insights and feedback to inform product and service enhancements.Reporting & InsightsDeliver accurate reporting on client activity, service metrics, and operational performance.Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications And ExperienceGrade 12 and a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in offshore investments.Relevant tertiary qualification/CFP/RFP 1/2/3 will be advantageous.Knowledge of economic principles, environment and investment products.Exposure of the Investments/Sales Environment.Knowledge of Unit Trusts, Linked Products and Offshore products and investments.Valid Driver’s License (and own transport).Good communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).CompetenciesStrong understanding of international investment products and platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.High attention to detail and process orientation.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in offshore investing.Client Services Orientation.Excellent Telephone Etiquette.
