Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Business Development Executive, based in Tirana, Albania, with a flexible option for some remote work. The role involves identifying, developing, and executing business opportunities for international clients in the Albanian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, lead generation, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and ensuring successful market entry strategies. The role is dynamic and requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication, and an understanding of international business mechanics. Qualifications Strong expertise in International Business Development and International Business strategiesProficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify business opportunities and potential partnersExceptional Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsKnowledge of the Albanian market or regional experience is a strong advantageBachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field is preferredProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentFluency in English is required; fluency in Albanian or additional languages is an assetA results-driven mindset with the ability to navigate cross-cultural business contexts effectively
