Join our teams in Czech Republic, Poland, France, UK, Denmark or Croatia enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.What you would do as our International Business Development ManagerAs the International Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening our sales development activities, expanding our market reach, and building strong commercial foundations across EMEIA. Your work will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening specification alignment, enabling data-driven sales, and driving collaboration across the wider ASSA ABLOY Group. You will work closely with international commercial teams, specification teams, product specialists, marketing, and divisional leaders to ensure consistent commercial execution, develop business cases, and support the launch of new products.You would also:Drive international sales development initiatives to support growth across the Door Business Segment and strengthen commercial execution across EMEIA and lead the alignment with specification teams across the region, ensuring coordinated go-to-market approaches, shared insight, and unified target customer strategies.Identify target verticals and growth opportunities, prepare detailed business cases, value propositions and market entry plans and drive data-driven sales processes, ensuring effective adoption of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), improving data quality, and embedding strong governance and reporting disciplines.Drive the sales and commercial excellence process, including development of sales playbooks, capability-building initiatives, sales training, and the rollout of key commercial tools and conduct market research to analyze global and regional trends, understand regulatory landscapes, and identify new market opportunities.Develop and support lead generation and pipeline-building activities, build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders and support contract management and cross-border commercial coordination.Provide regular reporting and insights for senior management, including forecasts, competitor analysis and updates on international business performance.The Skills And Experience You NeedWe are looking for someone who:Has extensive experience in international business development, sales or commercial roles, ideally within technical B2B environments or the construction industry.Has strong strategic and analytical skills, with proven ability to build robust business cases and market assessments and experience working across multiple countries, with strong cross-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.Has excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills and hunter mentality and has proven ability to influence, coordinate and lead stakeholders in a matrix company.Has strong sales and presentation abilities, with experience supporting high-value projects or key accounts and is proficient in market research, business analysis and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).Is fluent in English, additional European languages is an advantage.What We OfferWe’re passionate about providing amazing opportunities and benefits, so you can continue and progress a lifelong career with us – here’s what we have to offer:Learning and career development opportunities, whether it’s online learning, management training or enhancing your skills.A competitive salary and incentive schemes.A dynamic working environment with a good team spirit where personal development and growth are highly encouraged.We review applications regularly, so don’t waitWe are building diverse, inclusive teams, and encourage applications from everyone who can see themselves working with us.
