We are currently expanding our reach further across UK, Europe, the Gulf, and Australia.We’re looking for a seasoned International Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the full cycle: identify opportunities → build relationships → pitch → close → handover.Role DescriptionDrive overseas client acquisition (Europe/Gulf/AU focus)Run end-to-end sales: outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, closingBuild awareness and generate leads (LinkedIn, partnerships, communities, outreach systems)Sell across: Software Projects + Digital Retainers + E-commerce + Talent AugmentationMaintain strong pipeline visibility (CRM, reporting, forecasting)Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth scoping and handoverIdeal CandidateProven experience finding + closing overseas clients/projectsFamiliarity with the software, technology, or digital marketing industryStrong consultative selling + proposal writing skillsConfident communicator with senior decision makersSelf-driven, structured, accountable—can own targets and outcomesProven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in global marketsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
