About Nextwaves IndustriesNextwaves Industries is Vietnam’s pioneering deep-tech company specializing in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and IoT technologies. We design and manufacture RFID antennas, inlays, and tags, aiming to build a fully integrated “Make in Vietnam” RFID ecosystem that competes globally in innovation, quality, and scale.Role PurposeDrive the international growth of Nextwaves by identifying, developing, and securing partnerships, distributors, and clients in Asia, Europe, and the Americas across industries such as fashion, logistics, retail, and healthcare. The role bridges technology, business strategy, and global expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential international clients, distributors, and OEM partners.Develop market-entry and go-to-market strategies for priority regions.Lead negotiations, draft commercial agreements, and close international sales.Represent Nextwaves at global exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B networking events.Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to localize products and proposals.Manage and maintain CRM pipelines, track deal progress, and forecast revenue performance.Report directly to Managing Director and CEO, aligning expansion activities with company objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of international B2B business development experience, ideally in hardware, IoT, or manufacturing sectors.Strong understanding of RFID, IoT, or smart manufacturing technologies (preferred).Proven record of securing cross-border deals or distribution partnerships.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; other languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are a plus.Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, client meetings, and negotiations.Core CompetenciesStrategic & analytical thinkingCross-cultural negotiation and communicationSelf-driven, target-oriented mindsetTechnical curiosity and ability to translate innovation into business value
