Work Arrangement: Hybrid (First 3 months fully in-office; hybrid schedule available afterward)About the Company: We are a fast-growing Canadian fencing company based in Toronto. We serve residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Our new operations hub in Đà Nẵng, Vietnam supports lead generation, customer engagement, and back-end coordination. We are looking for a talented and data-driven Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our digital marketing operations.Role Summary: As Marketing Senior, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing channels. You will manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, content strategy, website updates, and analytics reporting. This is a strategic and hands-on role that directly impacts the growth of our business.Key Responsibilities:* Plan, execute, and manage performance-based ad campaigns on Google and Facebook. * Optimize website content for SEO and manage content publishing. * Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports. * Own and optimize our Google Business Profile and local listings. * Create and execute email marketing workflows. * Manage and improve ROI from ad spend. * Collaborate with the Canadian founder and other internal teams.Qualifications:* 3+ years of digital marketing experience with lead generation focus. * Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. * Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) and CMS (WordPress). * Strong written and spoken English. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Knowledge of home services industry is a plus.Work Schedule: Full-time, primarily daytime hours in Vietnam, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings with Toronto-based team.
