Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Support administrative tasks for all International Business (IB) activities, including offline business operations with Watsons.Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports related to sales performance, market trends, and business operations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.Monitor and organize documentation related to product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.Assist in tracking and evaluating business performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Provide support in project execution and follow-up on business development initiatives.Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data and reports.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).High level of initiative with strong logical and analytical thinking.Preferably has experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Route-to-Market (RTM) roles.Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.Willing to work fully from the office (Kembangan Utara, Jakarta Barat)We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detailed).
